Program Manager
Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Serves as the counterpart to the client program/technical manager for intermediate to complex IT or telecommunications-related programs. Manages program support operations involving multiple tasks and personnel. Organizes, directs and coordinates planning and execution of all program support activities. Shall have demonstrated information technology expertise and communication skills to be able to interface with all levels of management. Assigns duties and reviews work of subordinates. Meets and confers with client management officials regarding the status of specific Contractor program activities and progress. Resolves problems, issues or conflicts as required. Ensures that program schedule, performance, and deliverables are met.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and eight (8) years intensive and progressive experience in management of large IT or telecommunications-related programs. Two (2) years experience supervising IT or telecommunications-related programs, up to two (2) years managing IT or telecommunications-related projects of up to 30 personnel.

Lead Systems Integrator
Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Participates and coordinates highly complex integration projects involving course content delivery. Maintains liaison with managers and technical personnel to assure highly effective, reliable, and timely support to the distance learning initiatives.
Prefer knowledge of major operating characteristics of associated computer equipment, networking, system software and support functions. Knowledge of analysis and design related to implementation of systems and modifications. Knowledge of training delivery systems standards, security, and system software, a plus.
Experience in managing IT projects including defining requirements, deliveries, developing project timelines, schedules, and tracking work to ensure timely delivery. Act as primary POC for project requirements and timelines. Knowledge of related IT components, hardware, software, application interfaces and data conversions.
Knowledge of test management including development and management of test plans.

Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Responsible for applications development and maintenance. Participates in highly complex integration projects. Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions: Entry level positions provide technical support and troubleshooting of computer information systems that may include: Operating systems, file maintenance routines, networks, hardware, and database systems. Principal Portal Integrator
Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Performs high level systems analysis, design, integration, programming, and implementation of high priority systems/applications in a web-centric environment. All tasks are performed under a full lifecycle methodology and the Principle Portal Integrator performs requirements definition, project management, applications design, development, testing, and deployment activities. Performs analysis of requirements and programs using web technology products (e.g. J2EE, JAVA, HTML, XLM, .NET, or other tools directly related to development of products for the integration into a portal). Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Leads and participates in highly complex system projects. Installs, generates, maintains, tests, debugs, and integrates system software programs with COTS/GOTS applications and support equipment, develops instructions for integrati8on of operating system software, and modifies/maintains integration packages via release and utilities from manufacturers in a multi-line operating system and/or network operating system environment. Evaluates existing operating systems/COTS/GOTS software and recommends changes. Optimizes systems software performance. Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Provides high-level subject matter expertise for work described in the IT or telecommunications-related program or task. Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and/or implementation advice on complex problems which require a high level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Instructional Developer Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Coordinate multi-discipline team involved in development of various training/instructional media, to include but not be limited to computer-based training (CBT), web-based training (WBT), and electronic performance support systems (EPSS). Independently design courses, and write storyboards. Design courseware for podium-based, server-based, and standalone (e.g. CD) delivery. Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Training and certification in the use of documentation tools required by the Delivery Order with the following specialized experience requirements: Three (3) out of the last five (5) years as a technical writer supporting information systems technical activities; two (2) years interpreting technical documentation standards and producing documents that conform to them; two (2) years writing procedures in the imperative, in non-technical terminology, in a step-by-step style, and in detail suited to various audiences from the novice user to the automated data processing technician; two (2) years using PC based documentation tools to prepare technical documentation.

Editor Principle
Duties and Essential Job Functions: Prepare and review written materials ensuring that basic grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, spelling, page organization, and format is correct. Edit and revise written text per style manuals and ensure consistency. Suggest commercial print and non-print materials for teaching and learning activities based on broad knowledge of what resources may be available. Use the computer to prepare and edit word processing documents and computer presentations, and to develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and project planning applications. Prepare written text using tables, columns, and tabular data formats. Perform Life-cycle management of curriculum.

Multimedia Specialist
Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Supports efforts associated with scheduling, planning, developing, and performing training courses or producing materials. Uses computing technology and specialist software packages to manage the production, interface and integration of various graphics and other media into the multimedia package design. This includes the design of art and copy layouts for CD-ROM and multimedia products. Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, and other design software required.

Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Provides advanced page design, illustration, and commercial production support. Network Engineer
Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions: Performs a variety of network management functions in support of MIS services related to operation, performance or availability of data communications networks. Modifies command language programs, network start up files, assigns/re-assigns network device logical, analyzes network performance and recommends adjustments to wide variety of complex network management functions with responsibility for overall performance and availability of networks. LAN/WAN consultant skilled in network analysis, integration and tuning. Ability to analyze client LANs/WANs, isolate source of problem(s), and recommend reconfiguration and implementation of new network hardware to increase performance.
